2. Main features and price of the goods

The name, quantity, main features and total price including taxes of the goods in the order are shown on the product page and in the order summary. Prices include VAT.

3. Delivery and costs

Shipping. The shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary.

Store pickup: the buyer collects the order at the seller's address; no extra fee is charged for pickup.

Delivery takes at most 30 days from the order.

4. Payment

credit and debit card, bank transfer, payment on delivery (for WhatsApp orders).

For subscription purchases, each period's order is notified before payment; the customer can cancel the subscription at any time free of charge.

5. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the goods are received, without giving any reason. The cases where withdrawal does not apply and the return conditions are given on the Warranty and returns page and in the distance sales contract.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to the seller through the form on the Contact page or using the contact details above. The Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Court have jurisdiction over disputes.
