This privacy notice explains how COM Pilates, as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), processes the personal data you share while using our website comsayfa.tr/com-pilates.

• In the contact form: your name, contact details and message
• If you sign in: the name and e-mail address in your Google account
• For the site to work: browser and device information, IP address

3. Why do we process it?

To take and fulfil your order or booking, to inform you about your order, to answer your messages, to meet our legal obligations (invoices, tax records) and to keep the site secure.

4. Legal basis

Your data is processed on the grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: entering into and performing a contract, meeting a legal obligation and legitimate interest. Campaign and information messages are only sent with your explicit permission.

5. Who receives it?

Only as far as needed: shipping companies to deliver your order, payment institutions for payment, public authorities authorised by law, and COM İşletme, which provides our website platform. Your data is not sold or shared for advertising.

6. How long is it kept?

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax law (10 years), contact messages for 1 year. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for correction or deletion, to learn who it is transferred to and to object. You can apply through our Contact page or in writing to the address above; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
