Warranty and returns

COM Zeytinyağı

This page explains the warranty, return and exchange conditions that we, COM Zeytinyağı, apply to products sold on comsayfa.tr/com-zeytinyagi.

1. Right of withdrawal

You can return the product within 14 days from the day you receive it without giving any reason. It is enough to tell us through our Contact page, by phone or by e-mail.

2. How to return

Within 10 days after telling us, send the product back to us or bring it to our store together with its invoice and box. The product must be unused and in a resaleable condition. The full amount is refunded by the same payment method within 14 days at the latest after your return notice reaches us.

3. Products that cannot be returned

  • Goods or services whose price changes with fluctuations in financial markets beyond the seller's control
  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or personal needs
  • Goods that spoil quickly or may pass their expiry date
  • Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or package have been opened after delivery and which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (such as cosmetics, personal care products and underwear)
  • Goods that after delivery have been mixed with other items and by their nature cannot be separated
  • Audio or video recordings, software and computer consumables whose packaging has been opened after delivery
  • Newspapers, magazines and similar periodicals, except those supplied under a subscription

4. Exchange

For an exchange of size, colour or model, simply return the product to us unused. If the product you want is out of stock, your payment is refunded.

5. Defective or damaged product

If the product reaches you defective, incomplete or damaged in shipping, let us know. We replace or repair it free of charge, give a price reduction or refund your payment; the choice is yours. For shipping damage, having a report drawn up at delivery makes things easier.

6. Warranty

For products that must come with a warranty certificate, the warranty period is at least 2 years and the certificate is supplied with the product. Faults covered by the warranty are repaired free of charge.
